All our products are listed with love (and VAT included) on our website. If something’s out of stock, it’s out of your cart too. Simple.

Payments are 100% secure. We don’t keep your banking details, just your good taste in gear.
SHIPPING
We ship to France, Europe, and a growing list of other countries.
Delivery is handled by Mondial Relay, Colissimo, or their local partners, straight to your door or a pickup point (your choice).
Shipping times range from 2 to 7 working days, depending on where you live and how kind the logistics gods are.

RETURNS
You’ve got 14 days from delivery to change your mind. No panic.
Here’s how it works:
– You send us an email at contact@wearflash.cc
– We say yes (if the request checks out)
– You return the item at your cost (or at ours, depending the situation)
– We refund you (excluding shipping) via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product back
Returned items must be in mint condition: unworn, unwashed, untouched.
Some return requests might be refused based on your location. Not because we don’t like you, just because shipping rules are weird.

WARRANTY
Our gear is covered by the usual legal stuff — meaning if there's a real issue (manufacturing defect, wrong product, or a major flaw that wasn’t visible at purchase), you're entitled to a fix.
You’ve got 2 years to speak up, starting from the day you receive it. If something’s wrong, we’ll repair it, swap it out, or refund you. Fair and simple.
That said, if you wear your bibs for three muddy crashes, five hungover coffee rides, and a DIY tattoo session, don’t expect miracles. Warranty doesn't cover chaos you created yourself.
CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE
If the apocalypse hits (pandemic, war, alien invasion, server meltdown), we might cancel your order or delay shipping. It’s rare, but legally, we have to warn you.
MEDIATION – IN CASE IT GETS MESSY
If something’s off and we can’t sort it out together, before bringing out the big guns, you’ve got the right to call in a mediator. You can use the official EU platform here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We’re big fans of solving things like grown-ups, via phone, email, coffee, or memes but yeah, that option’s there if you need it.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Don’t steal our stuff.

If you want to use something, ask first. If you don’t ask, our lawyer will.
DATA PRIVACY
We collect some of your data to fulfill your orders. That’s it. No creepy tracking, no weird resale.
